Thirty years of being handed the thing that didn’t work.

I’m Kostas Chaidemenos, an independent consultant in business architecture and AI implementation based in Thessaloniki.

The through-line across thirty years is narrower than the job titles suggest. I get handed the problem after someone has already tried: a programme that stalled, a system that half-works, a supplier who said it couldn’t be done. What I bring is a willingness to go down a layer: to open the device, read the protocol, rewrite the process, and find out what is actually happening rather than what the documentation claims.

Vision Gate HK since 2017: first as a project manager in business architecture and corporate consulting, then, since 2021, as an AI implementation consultant and strategist. That engagement is ongoing, and ran in parallel with the MeterTech programme.

That range isn’t decoration. A problem that turns out to be mechanical rather than digital doesn’t stop the project.

Most of my time goes to agentic AI systems. I design them, specify them for AI coding tools to build, and determine which are products rather than tools.
